1)SITEEE 2021 eligibility criteria:

The first requirement is a minimum of 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) in Standard XII (10+2) from any recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects plus one additional subject which should be either Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology or a Technical Vocational subject (combined together).

For those seeking B. Tech lateral entry to the second year in any appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology, a diploma certificate from an AICTE approved Institution will be required with 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes).

In the case of foreign students, anyone who has an equivalent qualification from any Foreign Board / University will be eligible. However, an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) will be needed in this case.

As discussed, any aspirant (including a foreign student) will need to clear SITEEE 2021. The exam pattern is mentioned below. A point to note here is that the institute also accepts the scores of JEE Mains / any state government engineering entrance examination conducted at the national level.

The selection process will be based on the score obtained in SITEEE or JEE Mains / any state government engineering entrance examination conducted at the national level followed by other admission round procedures. i) Once you have completed your payment for SITEEE 2021, no change of Test City will be possible. So ensure that you finalise your choice before making the payment.

ii) Test City allocation is based on the date of payment for SITEEE. This means, the earlier you make your payment, the greater are your chances of securing a Test City of your choice. Else you will have to comply with whatever is available and allocated to you.

iii) YourTest Centre and its address will be printed on your Admit Card which you can get from the website www.set-test.org (from Monday, June 14, 2021, to Sunday, June 27, 2021).

iv) Though the college will try to ensure that you get the Test City of your choice, however, there could be some exceptional circumstances where you might be offered a different Test City in the nearby area. 

v) In the case of non-availability of your chosen Test City, due to any reason, the Symbiosis Test Secretariat has the right to change or allot a city different from the one you chose.
