SCMS Hyderabad, established in 2022, is dedicated to nurturing future managers who are equipped to adapt to an ever-evolving business environment and address business challenges with empathy and insight.
At SCMS Hyderabad, the B.B.A. (Honours/ Honours with Research) program is offered, thoughtfully designed with inputs from both academia and industry experts. This comprehensive management program provides an excellent opportunity for students to pursue their passion for business immediately after completing their 10+2 education.
SCMS Hyderabad is located on a 40-acre campus in the serene environment at Mamidipally, on the outskirts of the historic city of Hyderabad. The fully residential campus has world-class infrastructure and facilities in a safe environment which helps foster academic and personal growth.

Our Programme
B.B.A. (Honours / Honours with Research)
Major / Minor offerings: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, Data Science
SIU announces the four-year degree programme with multiple entry and exit options as envisioned in the NEP 2020. The highlights of the new programme offerings are as under
- The programme framework offers exciting options to pursue major and minor specializations, along with opportunities to take multidisciplinary, ability-enhancement, and skill-enhancement courses.
- Offers a good blend of immersive learning, research and community engagement
- Includes opportunities for semester exchange programmes with foreign universities
- Offers the following exit options a. A Certificate at the end of the first year of the programme with 44 credits b. A Diploma at the end of the first two years of the programme with 84 credits c. A UG Degree at the end of 3 years of the programme with 120 credits d. A UG Degree with Honours / Research at the end of the 4 years of the programme with 160 credits
- Offers option of Re-entry within 3 years of exit and 7 years as the maximum permissible period to complete the programme.
Eligibility
B.B.A. - Honours / Honours with Research
Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognised Board with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).
Students who wish to opt for Honours with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6. Eligibility criteria for multiple entries would be as per the University’s Lateral Entry Rules for FYUG programmes.
Admission Process
- Qualified in Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
- Register for SCMS Hyderabad BBA Programme by paying Rs. 1000/-
- Shortlisted candidates based on SET scores will appear for PI
- Merit list will be published based on SET and PI scores

**Depending on any unavoidable circumstances, the schedules as well as the nature/structure of the test can change, and all tests can be conducted entirely online or entirely offline or in a combination of both modes at the discretion of SIU.

Wi-Fi Enabled Campus
The entire campus is Wi-fi enabled which caters to the growing technological needs of the students.
Smart Classrooms
Our well-furnished, spacious classrooms and lecture halls are equipped with Public Address System and LCD projectors, making teaching more interesting, interactive and comprehensive. This interactive teaching methodology not only involves student participation but also builds their focus and confidence.
Computer Laboratory
Well-equipped laboratories that support cutting-edge research and practical learning.
Library and Reading Room
The library houses a variety of good quality management and course-specific books, classics, fiction, non-fiction books, periodicals, journals, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, etc., enabling students to expand the horizons of their knowledge and creativity. It is also equipped with computer systems along with open-access internet to access e-books, e-journals, and other databases, providing the perfect resources and ambience for learning.
Facilities
The campus includes an auditorium, seminar rooms, an amphitheatre, conference rooms, a canteen, a music room, and common rooms for students. Hostels are well-constructed and spacious with all necessary amenities.
Sports and Fitness
The Institute offers playgrounds, a gymnasium, and facilities for indoor games such as table tennis, squash, badminton, billiards, and more. A food court caters to diverse palates, and all facilities are supported by round-the-clock power supply.
Health Care Centre:
The Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC) is the Symbiosis family's in-house healthcare service provider. It offers preventive, curative, and promotional health care facilities. SCHC provides Out Patient Department services, and a team of specialised doctors is available for consultation.
ATM
Union Bank of India has set up an ATM on campus for the convenience of students, faculty, and staff.
