Introduction:
Symbiosis Institute of Technology is the latest member under the Faculty of Engineering of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
SIT offers four years B.Tech Degree Programme in,

A fully residential campus for students, well qualified, experienced faculty in addition to fully equipped laboratories and classrooms along with a well planned state of the art library.

Infrastructure / Facilities
Residential Campus, Library, Computer Lab, Internet lab, Canteen, Indoor games, Transport facility.
Symbiosis Institute of Technology is a part of the 'Symbiosis Knowledge Village', spread over 300 acres of land at Lavale on the outskirts of Pune city.
Symbiosis Institute of Technology is spread over 17 acres of land, with state of the art laboratories, classrooms, library, and computer labs.
WORKSHOP
The workshop has been setup and is ready for practical training and demonstrations to cater the needs of the courses at present and subsequently would be upgraded.
Library
At SIT we have well developed library around 6,000 sq ft at the moment and in near future will get expand to 12,000 sq ft to cater the entire discipline student.
Hostel
At SIT we have our own hostel and dinning facility ready to cater around 350 plus student. We have five hostels building with four floors each, with 350 students capacities ready.

Eligibility
General Category - Passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any Statutory Board with 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
SC/ST - Passed H.SC (10+2) or equivalent examination from any Statutory Board with 55% aggregate marks in PCM.
Students who have good scores in various entrance examinations like SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) or AIEEE or JEE or MHCET will be considered for admission.
Note: - Valid scores for above mentioned entrance test of year 2010 will be considered for admission process.
