The Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) is a constituent of the prestigious Symbiosis International University (SIU). Services included are; Reading Services, Online database Services, Reference Services, Home Lending Services, Photocopy Services, WI-Fi facility, WEB-OPAC, Online Database: Emerald, EBSCO, J-STORE and SCOPUS databases are available.
Symbiosis Centre for Health Skills (SCHS) is a multidisciplinary educational facility that strives to provide high-tech simulated and virtually created hospital set-up for teaching, training & assessment for all health care professionals in clinical and related management skills.
Availability of the Computer lab, with free Internet for all the students.
Students at SIHS are privy to a Wi-Fi campus. The Wi-Fi campus enables the students to get on-line anywhere on campus without the hassle of wires and plug-ins. The campus, truly, is the high tech face of the new-age SIHS.
The in-house facilities include a 567-seater modern auditorium and a modern conference hall located at Symbiosis Vishwabhavan.
An all day on campus Mess and Cafeteria ensures refreshments for busy minds.
For outstation students (Ladies& Gents) accommodation can be arranged at the Symbiosis Hostel on first come first serve basis.
SIHS Training and Placement Cell will assist students in enhancing their knowledge and skills to obtain employment in respective industries in the healthcare domains.
Symbiosis Centre of Health Care (SCHC): Health and wellness are vital issues related to the academic success of students at Symbiosis. Symbiosis Centre of Health Care, the in-house health care center for the entire Symbiosis family has made a conscientious effort towards the overall development of its staff and students by providing preventive and health promotion programmes to enhance optimal health, reduce risk of diseases and injury and promote healthy lifestyle choices. The SCHC, through its daily activities looks after the prevention, control and surveillance of health problems amongst students.
In-house ultra modern health clubs and recreation and wellness centers have also been established at all SCHC campuses to facilitate holistic development of mind and body of students. Training facilities for strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, Yoga and meditation are provided through customized capsules suited to the unique requirement of the student population in conformity with their academic curriculum.

The programme offers specializations in the following areas:-
Std. XII Pass with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Botany, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Mathematics OR equivalent as decided by competent authority.
Working Professionals:For the candidates who have educational qualification and work experience in above mentioned specializations, admissions will be given directly to 2nd year subject to approval of the SIU.
Selection Procedure:Based on marks in XII Std. Science / Equivalent examination followed by personal interview.
Symbiosis Entrance Test Examination (SET) score is preferred.90 students
Reservations as per Symbiosis International University norms.3 years, fulltime
